Thank you for booking with Community Over Competition (COC), a brand owned and operated by NIKHIL SHARMA VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms of booking, payment, and refund requests for workshops, summits, retreats, meetups, and courses.
⚠️ Strict Non-Refund Policy Notice
Please note that we do NOT issue refunds for any event or course bookings once your registration has been successfully completed and confirmed.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed as soon as payment is processed and an invoice or registration record is created under your profile. Since venue booking, logistics setup, and peer allocation resources are committed instantly upon confirmation, we cannot process cancellation refunds.
2. Cancellations by the Organizer
In the rare event that Community Over Competition (COC) or NIKHIL SHARMA VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED cancels an event (due to force majeure, venue changes, or operational contingencies), you will be notified immediately. Under such circumstances, you will be offered:
- A full refund of the amount paid for the specific ticket/event.
- Alternatively, a transfer of your registration credit to a future event of equivalent category and value.
3. Transfers and Substitutions
If you are unable to attend an event you registered for, you may request to substitute your seat to another colleague, teammate, or peer within the community.
- Substitution requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event start date.
- Substitutions are subject to review to ensure the nominee fits the target persona or audience profile criteria of the workshop or summit.
