By accessing our platform, registering for events, or subscribing to our membership packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Use of the Services
You agree to use our platform and participate in events solely for lawful professional development and networking purposes. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and updated information on your profile wizard.
- Ensuring verified email addresses and mobile numbers are utilized.
- Upholding the values of the community, refraining from spamming, harassment, or copy-pasting proprietary program materials.
2. Event Registrations and Ticketing
Registration values, price tiers, and limits are set per event.
- Non-Refundable policy: In accordance with our Refund Policy, all event registrations are final. No refunds will be issued once booking is confirmed.
- Verification: Members must complete mandatory questionnaires or demographic detail steps where applicable to secure their retreat or summit tickets.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Community Over Competition (COC) and its parent entity NIKHIL SHARMA VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your attendance at workshops, summits, retreats, meetups, or courses.
4. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
